Improves PCR efficiency, lowers denaturation temperatures and increases template lengths. MP Biomedicals dNTPs Mix (25mm each) is a ready to use solution with guaranteed purification of dNTPs (>99% pure) in order to achieve sensitive and consistent res

Manufacturing process guarantees that the dNTPs are highly purified, as contaminants can hinder PCR and result in a disappointing product yield. This product achieves sensitive and consistent results with specially prepared deoxynucleotides at a concentration of 25mm.

It is suitable for use in a range of molecular biology applications, including: PCR, real-time PCR, high fidelity and long PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis, and DNA sequencing and labeling procedures.
