ECM 830 Pulse Switcher System offers all of the benefits of the ECM830 Electroporator, with the addition of bipolar polarity switching which enhances transfection efficiency by preventing transfectant accumulation at a single electrode and enhancing delivery to the target cells or tissue.

Features and Benefits:

  • User-defined protocols – unlimited ability to add and modify protocols
  • A wide range of voltages from 5 to 3,000 V
  • Large 7-inch, easy-to-use touch screen interface
  • Flexible electroporation – transfects cells in 96-well format, vitro, in vivo, in ovo and adherent forms, dependent on accessory
  • Safety – displays resistance measurements for each pulse with three layers of arc protection
  • Data management – stores logs of every pulse delivered for QC and troubleshooting
  • Polarity switching enhances transfection efficiency by preventing transfectant accumulation at a single electrode and enhancing delivery to the target cells or tissue.
