R&D Systems™ Human Syndecan-1/CD138 (NP_002988) VersaClone cDNA is a type I transmembrane heparan sulfate proteoglycan and is a member of the syndecan proteoglycan family.

The Human Syndecan-1/CD138 (NP_002988) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for Syndecan-1/CD138, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The Syndecan-1/CD138 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
