Thermo Scientific™ Image-iT™ Cell Painting Kit

The Image-iT Cell Painting Kit is a collection of reagents that can be used to check cell health/cytotoxicity by “painting” different cellular components. When combined with a high-content imager, such as the CellInsight platform, these reagents can provide a phenotypical readout of cell status. This kit is based on the publication by Bray et al. (1) describing the morphological profiling of cells using multi-plexed fluorescent dyes.
