MES-SDS running buffer (20X) is used for high resolution of proteins on neutral pH. It finds application in the separation of small to medium-sized proteins.

This Thermo Scientific Chemicals brand product was originally part of the Alfa Aesar product portfolio. Some documentation and label information may refer to the legacy brand. MES-SDS running buffer (20X) is used for high resolution of proteins on neutral pH. It finds application in the separation of small to medium-sized proteins.

Solubility
Miscible with water.

Notes
This buffer contains: 1M MES, 1M Tris base,2% SDS and 20mM EDTA at pH 7.3. Store at room temperature. Keep away from light. Incompatible with strong oxidizing agent and acids.
