This shuttle vector contains the complete ORF for the gene of interest, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. It is inserted NotI to AscI. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector.

  • CLEC-1 is a member of the C-type lectin/C-type lectin-like domain (CTL/CTLD) superfamily.
  • Members of this family share a common protein fold and have diverse functions, such as cell adhesion, cellcell signaling, glycoprotein turnover, and roles in inflammation and immune response.
  • CLEC-1 may play a role in regulating dendritic cell function.
  • The insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
