Pierce soft and semi-solid samples like cheese, meat, or fruit with a refillable spear tip pH electrode.

Thermo Scientific™ Orion™ ROSS Spear Tip Electrodes provide optimum accuracy and stability while having the additional advantages of a double junction design. Best suited for piercing solid/semi-solid samples and measuring small volume samples.
 

Features

  • For pH measurement in semi-solid food material, such as cheese, meat, fruit, bread and other similar samples
  • Works in extreme case of samples varying from one another by 50°C or more
  • Drift is less than 0.002 pH per day; restandardization is minimized
