The Thermo Scientific™ Phusion™ High-Fidelity PCR Master Mixes are high performance enzymes now available in convenient master mix format.

Phusion High-Fidelity PCR Master Mix with HF Buffer and Phusion High-Fidelity PCR Master Mix with GC Buffer are convenient 2x mixes containing Phusion DNA Polymerase, nucleotides and optimized HF or GC reaction buffer including MgCl₂. Only template and primers need to be added by the user.

• High fidelity (error rate 4.4 x 10^-7 in Phusion HF Buffer)
• Speed of the polymerase allows short extension times (15-30 s/kb)
• Robust reactions, minimal optimization needed
• Increased product yields with minimal enzyme amounts

Includes:

2x Phusion High-Fidelity PCR Master Mix with HF Buffer contains Phusion DNA Polymerase, 2x Phusion HF Buffer and 400μM of each dNTP. The master mix supplies 1.5 mM MgCl₂ and 200μM dNTP in final reaction concentration. A separate tube of DMSO is provided with the product. 2x Phusion High-Fidelity PCR Master Mix with GC Buffer contains Phusion DNA Polymerase, 2x Phusion GC Buffer and 400μM of each dNTP. The master mix supplies 1.5 mM MgCl₂ and 200μM dNTP in final reaction concentration. A separate tube of DMSO is provided with the product.
