Column connectors for use in gel filtraion chromatography applications

This packaging connector used to connect another column, being used as a packing reservoir, to a XK 16 or XK 26 column to achieve efficient packing. A properly packed media bed is essential for obtaining optimal results in all forms of liquid chromatography, particularly in gel filtration. The packing connector makes it easy to obtain a well-packed bed of gel filtration and other media in XK 16 and XK 26 Columns, and is especially convenient for fast and easy packing of affinity, IEX, and HIC media to short bed heights.
