Custom TaqMan™ probes are dual-labeled primers suitable for use in any real-time PCR applicaton. They incorporate a 5' reporter dye and a 3' TAMRA™ nonfluorescent quencher. Choose among FAM™, VIC™, ABY™, and JUN™ as 3' reporters. Probes are HPLC-purified.
